The Bedgerabong Country Music Campout 2011
The Forbes Country Music Club Inc. supports the country music industry, the performers and those who enjoy audience participation.We provide a venue for those wishing to perform and display their talents, whether by singing, playing a musical instrument, telling a joke or two or reciting poetry.
Many of our club members and established performers give freely of their time to attend other club's musters and various community activities such as, but not confined to, nursing homes, retirement villages,charity fund raisers and local festivals and celebrations.
Some of the club's activities include a club campout in May each year where many of our members enjoy a weekend together. May is one of our busiest months as we also conduct a substantial talent quest with artists coming from quite a wide range of districts and numbering some 150 plus entries.
Bi-monthly birthday bashes are very popular and are mostly held at one of our local caravan parks or as they are perhaps better known these days Leisure Parks.
By far our most ambitious undertaking is the week long Country Music Festival held about 30 Kms from Forbes on a beautiful bushland setting at the Bedgerabong Showground. More detail within.

That is the domain name registration was paid for and registered to me personally and the
monthly hosting fees paid for by the club. The actual labour and related costs of building
and maintaining the site including updates etc. has so far not been a cost to the club. This

Sadly we report the passing of
our esteemed member and friend
Roberta 'Bobby ' Fulton on Saturday 14th April. Bobby will be remembered for her kind heart and generosity as well as her great talent especially as a
yodeller.

Contrary to rumours being circulated the 2012 Bedgerabong Campout will proceed in all it's glory from 9th till the 16th of October as indicated in all media.

Forbes Memorial Services Club commencing at 1.00p.m. on Sunday 20th May. All clubs and friends pleases note.
